Assistant Manager, Route Management
Responsibilities:
- Monitor flight availability and actively communicate with Revenue Management for fare adjustment
- Determine pricing / route strategies and liaise with flight schedule and market price policy;
- Communicate with sales team for seats allocation;
- Oversee daily operations via email and phone;
- In-charge of system analysis and development;
- Organise sales report and statistical analysis for flight revenue; and
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- University degree holder or above;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience (preferable in aviation or travel industry);
- Experience in sales planning and route control is an advantage,
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Good analytical skills, attentive to details, sensible in problem solving and decision-making;
- Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organised, detail and result-oriented; and
- Good communication skills and capable of dealing with different departments.
