About The Role & Team

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graduate for a pivotal role within the CEO Office, focused on Internal Communications. This position offers the unique opportunity to support the development and execution of messaging and content strategies that align with our internal and external communications goals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in connecting our messaging to the corporate story, enhancing understanding and commitment to our corporate strategy, and supporting internal projects and change management initiatives.

As Internal Communications Graduate - CEO Office you will act as the narrative architect within the CEO Office, extracting the essence of our CEO and corporate priorities into compelling messaging and digital content that resonates internally and externally.

We are looking for recent graduates, to join our new Early Career Program, as part of the CEO Office, with an opportunity to become permanent. What You Will Do

You will get to develop, step by step and over the months, on the following type of activities:

Content Development and Strategy Alignment

  • Support the creation of compelling messaging and content aligned with our communications strategies.
  • Connect messaging to our corporate story, tailoring the narrative for target audiences and integrating it across multiple channels.


Internal Communications Strategy

  • Align efforts with the internal communications strategy to bolster understanding and commitment to the corporate strategy.
  • Support internal projects and change management initiatives by fulfilling related communications needs.


Public Relations and Image Management

  • Assist in global public relations and communications activities directed by the CEO office to cultivate a positive internal and external company image and manage our reputation.


Brand and Digital Content

  • Work within brand guidelines to enhance visibility and relevance.
  • Develop written content that embodies the company’s tone and personality.
  • Maintain and update content on corporate sites in collaboration with the Digital Content Management team, ensuring it is fresh, up-to-date, and brand compliant.


Digital Content Collaboration

  • In partnership with the Digital Content Marketing team, facilitate timely updates to digital content guidelines and style guides.
  • Ensure professional editorial and copywriting standards across the digital landscape and manage online dialogues efficiently.


Relationship Building and Collaboration

  • Forge strong relationships with cross-functional partners to develop relevant digital content.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the usability and accessibility of digital content, leveraging technology to meet business needs.


Performance Measurement

  • Support the tracking and measurement of KPIs related to audience reach, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement plans based on these metrics.


Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • A graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop content that is engaging, clear, and aligned with the company’s brand identity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital content management and marketing principles.
  • Proactive and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

  • Past experience in the aviation industry would be advantageous.
  • Ability to identify issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task with good management skills.
