Solution Engineer, Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

As an associate engineer, your main responsibility is to assist with the technology planning and design choices within solutions used to meet the business requirements of SITA customers.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of SD-WAN Underlay and Overlay.  
• Assists with the contribution to the technical qualification of proposals submitted to customers developing knowledge of current new or evolving technologies and SITA solution portfolios.
•  Assists with the contribution to the design coordination and development solutions working with multiple parties both internally and externally.
•  Assists with the transfer of projects for implementation.
• Interact with colleagues to gain knowledge and to share ideas.
• Experience in IT Systems and able to handle too many cases with the customers.
• Hand on experience in Technical Writing/Documentation.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years of experience in the Information Technology / Telecom Industry.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering and Computer Technologies is a must.
• Proven track record in producing, communicating, and documenting successful technical customer solutions.
• Ability to work independently is critical. 
• Experience in implementing patches. 
• Strong Customer Support and interpersonal skills are required. 
• Be autonomous and agile in changing environments, with a sense of initiative and proactivity.  
• Strong communication & Analytical skills  
• Quality and process-oriented  
• Attention to details and understanding of process interlocks and dependencies.  
• Proficiency in English is a must.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

•  Technical certifications (e.g. Cisco CCNA ITILV3)
