The People Analytics Specialist is a member of the VivaAerobus that focus on Design and execute Data from the HR and internal Areas,

Key responsibilities:

The People Analytics Specialist is responsable for interpreting complex data related to various aspects of the employee lifecycle to inform strategic decisions, improve HR processes, and contribute to the overall success of the organization through data-driven insights. He/She also executes the People Analytics strategy and builds the data products required (dashboards, analysis, etc).

Ideal experience / qualifications:

1 years+ of experiences:

• Design and execute data analysis
• Implement and manage analytics tools
• Manage the HR data
• Train HR users in data analysis interpretation and reporting tools usage
• Stays up-to-date with trends and best practices in HR analytics and data technologies
• Microsoft Office, specially Excepcional Excel usage
• Use of Agile work methodologies
• Tableau
• Power BI (Good to have)
• Advanced English
