Internal Audit (IT) Senior Executive

What You'll Champion:

• Plan, implement, and generate audit reports on medium to complex IT & Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, IT Compliance & Governance, System Development, System Change Management, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure & Network reviews, and IT general and application control audits.
• Using automated or manual tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources, and perform data analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
• Assess existence, efficiency, and effectiveness of the IT control environment by directing control/ process optimization
• Inspect company’s IT policies and procedures; perform evaluation of control design; and carry out assessment of the effectiveness of company internal controls concerning IT processes and systems to help ensure company’s IT compliance programs are achieved always.
• Get strong knowledge and understanding of business strategies, challenges, and risks by proactively developing business partnerships with management, as well as maintaining a strong presence with management.
• Add value to and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business and the IT audit function by leading best practices for standards and procedures.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in the IT environment and help in developing audit plans to counter whatever risks that might be associated with the application of such technologies.
• Ability to work independently and/ or as part of a team.
• Provide leadership to the team in achieving internal process improvement, effectiveness, and greater levels of competency.
• Identify and communicate IT audit findings to HODs/ Senior Management/ CTO/ CISO
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Internal Audit or Senior Manager.

Who You Are:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, or in other IT related disciplines.
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in Internal/ External IT Audit and/ or IT Risk Management
• Possess certifications such as CISA/ ISO 27001 ISMS Lead Auditor/ CRISC, or other similar technology/ audit certifications.
• Good reporting and data visualization skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (ASIA region).
• Strong ability to work effectively in a team and to communicate verbally and in writing with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn in diverse areas, as well as possess strong ability to work independently to produce desired results.
