Marketing Content & Media Specialist


Singapore Airlines’ Americas is looking for a full-time content and media specialist to join our marketing team. This position is primarily responsible for the creation of content and elements for in-house and customer facing materials. This will include the design and production of digital and print advertising materials, sales collateral, and other creative assets. This role will also assist with developing branding materials for a variety of earned, owned, and paid media activities. This is a full-time position, with a hybrid work schedule, requiring partial on-site work in our El Segundo, California office.

Job Functions

You will be responsible for design and delivery of creative assets to meet the various need of the marketing department. This role will support the Americas’ local creative requirements while collaborating with our overseas brand team and outside creative agency to ensure consistent voice and tone that aligns with the overall brand guidelines and creative direction of the company.

  • Develop and design marketing materials such as banners, social assets, emails, flyers, brochures, invitations, signage, and others
  • Pitch concepts for and execute creative for campaigns, projects, or events.
  • Support retail efforts with assets for print, digital, and social
  • Edit or adapt exiting creative to fit current direction or initiatives
  • Project manage creative development to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate and manage communication with Brand’s outside creative agency of record
  • Play a key role in brand guardianship and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Contribute locally, and collaboratively with overseas teams to expand on visual identities of the brand, collaborations, and internal initiatives
  • Assist with building of decks for external or internal presentations and pitches
  • Other design projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • 4+ years direct design experience preferably within the luxury/premium retail or ad agency space
  • Bachelor’s degree in a creative or related field
  • Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc.)
  • Knowledge of other creative tools such as Canva and AfterEffects
  • Experience creating content and assets for social media (knowledge of best practices across different social platforms)
  • Organized and adept multitasker with time management skills
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player; comfortable with consistent collaboration across departments and implementing feedback
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere is a plus
