Work closely with the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely and effective Human Resource and Recruiting practices are accomplished.

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR and Recruiting functions and duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and existing employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with Recruitment/On-boarding; I-9/E-Verify compliance.
  • Manage Recognition Program for the company.
  • Assist in uniform procurement and follow up.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of various roles and how they fit into the organization.
  • Create and post new job requisitions on multiple web platforms job boards.
  • Coordinate hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and assist with other candidate contact.
  • Identify and refine the most suitable talent from available candidates.
  • Assess candidates’ information, including resumes and references, as needed.
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including requisitions, job descriptions.
  • Keep interview notes and related paperwork to share with key stakeholders and in accordance with the company’s record retention policies.
  • Assist in auditing tracking the on-boarding of all new hires.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

  • 1+ years administrative and Human Resource job duties.
  • Background in recruiting talent for numerous job positions.
  • Experience with ADP and Applicant Tracking Systems a Plus.
  • Ability to quickly screen resumes to identify qualifications.
  • You are a team player, and you strive for having great collaboration across teams, functions, and locations.
  • You have excellent time management and organizational
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate
  • Demonstrates ability to work with others and interact
  • Maintains communication with senior management, relate information regarding or situations that may affect operations.
  • Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Suite.
