Summary

Join our team as a Digital Media Analyst, where you will collaborate with different Digital Media Strategists to manage a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients and oversee the day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns for hotels. Your role will involve in-depth optimisation, analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights for campaign enhancement across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, DV360 (Display, YouTube, etc.) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

In This Role You Will

• Implement and execute campaign adjustments and optimizations based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).
• Manage and monitor multiple client accounts, ensuring campaign performance meets or exceeds KPIs and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Media Performance Strategist to develop strategic campaign plans and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Assist in the development of client presentations and reports, highlighting campaign performance and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
• Independently execute within established processes, making standard decisions and contributing to solutions for low performance campaigns.
• Receive guidance from senior roles or managers, with regular oversight on campaign performance.
  
  

About The Ideal Candidate

• Possesses specialized formal education or equivalent work experience, along with technical and functional skills relevant to digital media management.
• Demonstrates experience in managing paid media campaigns, particularly in Search, Display or Social advertising, with proficiency in Google Ads and Social Paid campaigns.
• Capable of interpreting statistics and troubleshooting data to devise effective strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with proficiency in at least one other European language being advantageous.
