Graduate, Project Management

As a Graduate Project Management, you will rotate around various tasks related to project initiation and management which directly contribute towards the SITA PAX Portfolio products that we create for our customers. You will be accountable for supporting and contributing to all aspects of the product innovation lifecycle, active support project and working on real word challenges from day one.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Delivery Practice, you will be a part of the Delivery Specialized team (DST) responsible for delivering the highest quality products to the aviation industry within SITA’s Technology & Engineering division.

What you will do

We are looking for a dedicated graduate to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role you will be working on a variety of projects across different products in the SITA Passenger Product Portfolio. The following activities are a sample of the possible activities in this role. They are a selection, but are not limited to, and will be adjusted according to the role and responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of projects from conception through to implementation.
• Analyse and evaluate project requirements and identify risks and opportunities.
• Take responsibility for time management, resource allocation and meeting project objectives and deadlines.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are kept informed of project progress.
• Prepare project reports, presentations and other relevant documents for management and project stakeholders.
• Support the monitoring of the project budget and costs.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process improvements.
• Liaise closely with various teams and departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Contributing creative ideas and innovative solutions to overcome project management challenges.

Who you are

• University degree at Bachelor/Master’s level in a technology related field;
• Exposure to Project Management methodology;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Azure DEVOPS, and PowerBI would be useful but not mandatory
• Good time management skills, and attention to detail;
• Capability to influence and organize, with persistence and enthusiasm;
• Ability to work well independently and comfortably with international teams;
• Fluent in English language (other languages are an advantage);
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Must have less than 12 months’ post graduate experience, excluding undergraduate placement/ internship experience.
