Airport Partnerships & Incentives Executive

Job Description

• Engage with airports and government stakeholders to negotiate for incentive schemes such as discounts on airport or terminal usage charges, as well as marketing support
• Assist with the department’s annual budgeting processes
• Track, analyse, and communicate key metrics to internal and external stakeholders
• Support Manager, Airport Partnerships & Incentives in preparing presentations and supporting data for negotiations
• Prepare incentive forecasts and monthly incentives tracking reports for the AirAsia Group
• Maintain Airport Incentives database
• Review of contracts

• Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the team, senior management, and respective stakeholders both internally and externally
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong drive to achieve results and a winning mentality
• Self-starter, analytical thinker with good numerical accuracy and excellent problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills are mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ work experience

Good to have:

• Proven track record of building and executing partnerships
• Strong negotiation skills
• Legal background/experience in contract review
• Airline/airport related work experience will be an added advantage
