Cargo - Executive Operations & Procedures
Job Description
The Executive is expected to develop procedures and processes to support verticals and ensure the safe handling and operations of cargo on our aircraft in accordance with regulatory and industry standards. He/She is expected to ensure the efficient use of iCargo mail system by Head Office and overseas stations and support the commercial team in operational matters related to mail.

Administrative duties and Projects
The Executive is expected to develop procedures and processes to support verticals and ensure the safe handling and operations of cargo on our aircraft in accordance with regulatory and industry standards. He/She is expected to ensure the efficient use of iCargo mail system by Head Office and overseas stations and support the commercial team in operational matters related to mail.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Cargo Operational Training on Mail in close collaboration with Corporate Learning Centre
- Define and optimize training roadmap, establish an effective training rollout and tracking plan
- Perform routine gap analysis based to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to update to develop training content
- Evaluate training modes for courses to maximize utilization of training resources
- Update and implement ground procedures and SOPs for the Mail Verticals
- Develop Mail Quality Management System
- Support hub service provider initiatives
- Design and conduct station outreach to improve iCargo mail system adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to integrate new mail requirements into iCargo mail system
- Assess jointly with Industry Affairs impact and requirements of new regulations on our mail operations.
Administrative duties and Projects
- Administrative duties and projects may be assigned, which includes Conferences and Events
- Support network stations with their enquiries on general operations issues
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a university
- Experience in air transport operations
- Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quality mindset and able to develop and validate procedures
- Team player and able to interact well with various stakeholders
- Good communication skills – written, oral and active listening
