Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Manage the execution of the maintenance plans and ensuring maintenance works are carried out accordance to the specified maintenance standards, best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Essential Position Functions
Ensure effective execution of maintenance program continually review the effectiveness of the maintenance strategy
Responding immediately to facilities breakdowns
Control and ensure compliance with local/international regulations and legislations for safe and efficient airport operation and maintenance
Schedules, plans, organizes, coordinates and monitors PPM and Routine Maintenance activities
Provides operational information to reliability team.
Carrying out inspections on maintenance works so as to ensure quality and compliance with standards and instruction as well as timely completion;
Coordinate with Operations on NOTAM request
Monitors and manages contractors and suppliers from starting of contract to end of contract period
Verification of works at site
Maintains appropriate documentation of maintenance works, notifications and work orders
Liaising with working stakeholders i.e Operations, auditors, procurement, other divisions, etc
Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned
Skills
Knowledgeable in pavement maintenance works preferably airport pavement maintenance works
Possess updated knowledge in the latest technology in airport facilities, World Class Maintenance Management and project management
Good working knowledge of contract management i.e construction, legal and value engineering
Working knowledge in managing multiple vendors and contractors
Good writing and communication skill
Innovative, visionary, strong leadership skill, hardworking, has analytical and strategic thinking, able to work independently, multitasking

Unique Requirement
Preferably a Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia and Registered with Board of Engineers of Malaysia
Internal
Civil Engineering degree holder.
Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C
The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion

Civil Engineering Degree holder preferably with minimum CGPA 3.0.
