Recruiting Coordinator

STS Technical Services is hiring Recruiting Coordinators in Nashville, Tennessee.

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our HR team in driving the recruitment process and enhancing our ability to rapidly attract and onboard top talent. This is a paid internship with flexible hours.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating various aspects of recruiting, from scheduling interviews to maintaining candidate databases. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including sending reminders and confirming availability.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and tracking systems.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
• Facilitate background checks and new hire documentation.
• Support recruitment events and participate in job fairs.
• Generate reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills – ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
