We are seeking to hire a Supervisor/Lead of the Integrated Support Center (ISC) Helpdesk Team of five associates.
Responsibilities/duties Will Include
- Managing ISC Service Central duties- Requesting group adds, adding and deleting people from support groups.
- Managing ISC staff vacations and outages making sure there is core hour coverage
- Monitoring ISC help desk calls, requests, incidents and escalations.
- Avaya Reports Provided to management
- Monitor baseline/program calls to meet program requirements
- Manage hardware ordering and approvals
- Maintaining employees GRID/Charge numbers
- Maintain SWI-704-2 Computer.
- Superior personnel management skills, problem resolution and employee relations expertise as it relates to co-workers and senior leaders.
- High desire to provide customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability and previous experience partnering with other business areas across the company to achieve results.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, integration, and planning skills.
- Demonstrated and recognized leadership behaviors and traits.
