Job Summary

As a member of the Personnel Security team, you will be responsible for passing outgoing Visit Authorization Requests (VARs). You will support the corporation in meeting mission requirements by ensuring all employees have their security clearances and accesses properly passed to government and contractor locations. You will provide on-site support for all security actions in accordance with corporate and governmental polices and directives.

Work Model

This position is 100% onsite located in Chantilly, VA.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process DoD and SCI visits in accordance with government regulations.
  • Back-up the incoming visitor control representative by assisting with incoming VARs and clearing visitors via Scattered Castles.
  • Provide on-site support to meetings and conferences.
  • Perform courier-related duties such as wrapping, receipting, and transporting classified material.
  • Assist with random package inspections of personnel entering and exiting the facility.
  • Assist with the delivery and pick-up of secure crates for classified moves between buildings.
  • Additional duties include performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks within the Security and Safety Directorate.

What You Need To Be Successful

Minimum Requirements for Specialist II:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience.
  • Current TS/SCI. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

Minimum Requirements For Specialist III

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience.
  • Current TS/SCI. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of DISS, SCT, Scattered Castles or SIMS databases
  • COMSEC background
