Job Summary

The position plans, runs and delivers projects designed to improve the HR function in the organization. Other than that, we are looking for someone that have a large experience on HR Transformation Projects such as HCM software implementation and ensure the successful management of medium to large HR projects and programs to support Swissport`s transformation within Time & Attendance, Human Resources and Payroll process. In this role you will primarily oversee and track HR Process transformation projects and support results delivery on a sub-cluster level.

Job Responsibilities

• Identifying improvement needs from HR and ensure implementation.
• Master owner to oversee for the local project plan, recommend course corrections.
• Day to day working with local implementation partner.
• Value tracking of benefits (working with Dayforce value team and global programme Manager)
• Reporting on progress and escalations.
• Build business processes gap analysis.
• Contribute with the HR best practices.
• Provide visibility of initiative, workstream and program level progress status, savings achievement, risks, and implementation costs by developing templates, ensuring compliance with PM methodology, frequent regular follow ups, and reporting for management level updates and decision making.
• Flag delays, unmitigated risks, and issues for escalation. Work with the work streams to resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks.
• Lead development of integrated program level plan and work with the work stream teams to identify interdependencies, and potential conflicts.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure application of project management standards and governance across the portfolio of work streams.
• Define and maintain risk management framework for Swissport Transformation, as well as the Risk Register
• Manage internal and external Stakeholders within the projects and business-related teams.
• Ensure compliance of HR project management Swissport standards.
• Describe issues and improvement opportunities.
• Daily support with general HR projects and tasks.
• Implement (and be advocate for) global blueprint of change management initiatives (ambassador network, engagement sessions, townhalls).
• Support identification of local super users
• Coordinate with Global IT and help with change management associated with helpdesk.
• Design local training programme ("train the trainer") based on Dayforce and Globally defined blueprints with local "flavour".
• Implement and track effectiveness of local training programme.
• Drive local communications including advocating usages of new communication channels (Employee Engagement Platform/ App).
• Design local self-service adoption plan and drive implementation plan (including tracking).
• Represent employees’ feedback to escalate issues (and lessons learned) early through the project/ programme governance structure.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or similar education in HR
• At least 5 years of proven experience in HR Software project management
• Dayforce HCM experience is needed.
• Recognized Project Management Qualification/certification (e.g. PRINCE2, HERMES, PMI, IPMA)
• Expert computer literacy, including project management software.
• Understanding of the success factors of HR projects
• Proven Team leadership ability.
• Ability to work with highly skilled professionals.
• Above average planning, communication, problem solving and facilitation skills.
• Strong positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and straight commitment with targets.
• Native spanish speaker and fluent english as the corporate language. Portuguese is a plus.
