Job title: Technical Coordinator – SASK

Location: Barrow-In-Furness (On site)

Salary: £27,221

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and undertake of all aspects of procurement related activity to cost, quality and schedule and Providing front of house service from Submarines Academy reception
  • Support maintaining facility standards as part of daily and weekly checks
  • Supporting visits and events that take place in the facility as and when required
  • Providing escorting support to the high number of visits and external trainers
  • Support processing of desk and room bookings
  • Providing support with facility locker allocation and laundry locker movements

Essential

Your skills and experiences:

  • Stakeholder Management experience
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with various people at the same time

Desirable

  • Knowledge/ experience using SharePoint

The Facility Team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Learner & Events Services Team based within the Facility Team which focuses on the enabling of all training within the facility and supports the operational delivery of the Submarine Academy for Skills & Knowledge (SASK). Here you will have high exposure to various levels of the business and will have the opportunity to create great first impressions for the business. This is an exciting time to join the team as we are undergoing growth and expansion as well as offering a varied role where two days are never the same.
