Tasks

As Manager Process Architect & Compliance Manager your tasks are:

• Compliance Management: Target group-oriented, creative and sustainable consulting of the teams and active information regarding compliance issues based on the guidelines of the Group Compliance Office of the Lufthansa Group
• Conceptual development and implementation of standards for the prevention and early detection of compliance breaches, as well as support for the teams
• Process management: design, monitoring, analysis, interface alignment, and initiation of continuous improvement of global processes in dialog with the experts; as well as methodical guidance of the teams; close and motivating collaboration with the communities to ensure that bottlenecks or improvement potentials in processes can be identified and solved together

Requirements

You will fit in with us as a Process Architect & Compliance Manager if you meet the following requirements:

• (Technical) university degree in economics or comparable
• Aviation merchant with vocational academy
• Professional experience in sales and process management desirable
• Personal: entrepreneurial thinking, analytical/conceptual thinking, strategic understanding, negotiation skills, ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner, ability to deal with conflict and compromise
• Professional: very good communication skills in German and English, collaboration skills, methodological competence, process management
