Network Analyst
Luton/Hybrid
As a Network Analyst in our Commercial function, you'll play a critical role in driving profitability by optimising capacity deployment and supporting long term base planning within the UK network. This position is pivotal in executing strategic plans that align with long-term business objectives.
You will initially be responsible for managing one of our bases and provide support across the Network team, working on ad-hoc requests and business cases. Over time and as the candidate develops in their role they will expand their portfolio and responsibilities.
Your data analysis and strategic thinking will enable capacity management effectively and make informed decisions that contribute to the network's overall success. In collaboration with various stakeholders, this role ensures that the network strategies are not only efficient but conducive to profitability. Your work will see you mastering data in market trends, competitor behaviours, route planning and an ability to translate this knowledge into actionable plans and key messages that support business growth.
This position in our operation will offer opportunities for career growth, allowing you to develop commercial judgement, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management, all key success skills for advancing within the organisation.
To do the role…
To do this role well, you will need two key skill areas... a natural curiosity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information.
An ideal candidate is results-driven, with a strong focus on progress and adaptability. You will embrace innovation and change, viewing it as an opportunity for improvement, and thrive in environments with pace. Equally important are interpersonal skills, as you will effectively communicate across teams, influencing collaboration and reducing conflict.
Technically, we would encourage you to apply if you have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and a nice to have but not essential proficiency with SQL.
What you’ll get in return…
Competitive base salary
Up to 20% bonus
25 days holiday
SAYE share schemes
5% Pension
Excellent staff travel benefits
Annual credit for discount on easyJet holidays
‘Work Away’ scheme, allowing you to work abroad for 30 days a year
Access to online learning tools and development programmes
Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time hybrid working role based in Luton and will require travel between bases from time to time.
