We are searching for an experienced Recruiter, based in the United States, to join our Global Future Talent team. This position is focused on University and Early Careers Recruiting (0-2 years experience) and will also contribute to the coordination and program development of our North American Internship Program and National Conference recruitment strategies. In this position, you'll impact the world around you by supporting us as we recruit the next generation of leaders at Jacobs. We’ll rely on you as we support our business leaders in the growth and development of their teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and manage reports in Excel, screen candidates for employment, coordinate in-person and virtual recruiting events, work with external vendors on shipping logistics and tradeshow supplies, develop presentations and key communications (including social media posts), and provide support to unique TA projects. Working within our highly collaborative team, we’ll provide you with professional growth opportunities to hone your skills and develop strategic relationships across our organization. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years, progressive experience in a closely related position)
  • 2 years of progressive talent acquisition or HR experience
  • Experience using ATS systems to manage full cycle recruiting
  • Strong initiative with the ability to multitask and collaborate, executing projects effectively with minimal oversight.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel for reporting and data management,and Powerpoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create engaging presentations and internal/ external communications, and confidence to interface with all levels of staff/leadership
  • This is a remote position, but the successful candidate must be in the contiguous US, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone
  • Must not require sponsorship, now or in the future.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of progressive talent acquisition or HR experience in a technical, engineering, and/or in a university relations role
  • Extensive Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to create and modify pivot tables, charts, and graphs
  • Familiarity with OFCCP & EEO hiring laws and ATS & CRM technologies
  • Experience with Taleo or Avature ATS
