Digital Experience Executive - Performance

Role Introduction

Reports To: AM Digital Experience - Performance Site & Apps

We are looking for an energetic team player with demonstrated experience in performance reporting and monitoring to join our team and help Cathay to deliver on our ambitious goal of becoming one of the world’s great service brands, known for great digital experiences.

In this role you will work with our digital experience product team on the digital channels (web sites and mobile apps) performance and monitoring. You will be responsible to prepare the reports and dashboards for ongoing monitoring and reviews to ensure the health of our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce quality reports, dashboard and provide business insights to management
• Perform business analysis and provide comments & recommendations on digital performance
• Provide day-to-day monitoring on the health of our digital channels
• Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure smooth flow of digital operations, and access and implement best practice ideas
• Provide comments and recommendations on the report generation process and automation to improve operational efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related subjects
• 3+ years of digital performance and analytics experience, and/or a related function
• Experience in using Business Intelligence tools such as Qliksense and data analytic tools like Adobe Analytics
• Knowledge in SQL, data visualization software and Excel.
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy when processing data
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good written and oral communication skills. Fluent in Cantonese, English & ideally Mandarin
