Job Summary
Howmet Aerospace, Branford, CT is currently seeking highly motivated and energetic students to join our team as a 2024 Summer Intern. Howmet Aerospace is a leading global provider of advanced engineered solutions for the aerospace and transportation industries. The Branford, CT facility primarily focuses on jet engine components necessary for mission-critical performance and efficiency in aerospace and defense applications. Internship opportunities are paid starting at $20.00 an hour.

The Howmet engines business produces world-class aerospace engine components, including investment castings, fasteners, rings and forgings. Our vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings and hot isostatic pressing for high performance parts enable the next generation of quieter, cleaner and more fuel-efficient aerospace engines. Able to supply more than 90% of structural and rotating aerospace engine components.

- 3.0 GPA and above
- Must be involved in at least 1 extracurricular activity.
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant’s ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
