Introduction:

We are looking to hire a Sourcing Recruiter to support our growing Engineering, Test & Technology portfolio (ET&T). This is a very unique role in that this part of Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) supports global growth projects, geo-diversification efforts and new program wins. The team recruits in every region of the world and across multiple skills and domains! This role is based from our Bristol office and offers flexibility to be based in the office or ‘hybrid’ working from home.

Position Responsibilities:

• Execute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure hiring targets are met
• Partner with GTA lead to drive intake process for new positions and assist with requisition management activities
• Drive external sourcing activity for all aligned requisitions and maintain strong external candidate funnels
• This includes applicant review, candidate referrals, and sourcing via external tools
• Lead all aspects of initial candidate screening process (phone screen, candidate preparation, screening interview, feedback review, hand-off to GTA lead) while creating a strong candidate experience
• Create and foster a deep business relationships with hiring managers and other business leaders
• Responsible for high level of data integrity on all administrative processes
• Collaborate with GTA lead and GTA leadership on sourcing support as needed
  
  

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Sourcing
• Experience of talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting for technical roles
• Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
• ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service
• Business relationship building, collaborative approach to building relationships
• Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindset

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
