As a Network Strategy and Performance Analyst, you will support the execution of the network and fleet strategy, as well as cross-functional key initiatives, ensuring that the company anticipates, identifies, and acts upon market opportunities and can respond to competitive actions in a timely and effective manner. You will conduct analysis and identify opportunities, leading the execution of projects aimed at optimizing fleet, utilization, and route network, thereby increasing the company's profitability. You will automate and maintain a culture of efficiency within the team to achieve the timely execution of the strategy.

Your derivables for Vivaaerobus:

1. Contribute to the execution and evaluation of network performance vs. budget and the route and fleet network strategy.
2. Perform analysis and identify opportunities within the network and fleet optimization.
3. Develop executive presentations to communicate route network plans and fleet plans to various stakeholders.
4. Conduct market and competitive analysis.
5. Support profitability analysis of routes, fleet performance, and capacity plans.
6. Automate and generate reports to facilitate decision-making.

What we look for in you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience from 0 to 3 years in similar position, Strategy, Network Planning, Revenue Management, Fleet or Finance.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.
• Knowledge in commercial planning, business consulting, or financial planning.
• Experience with XLS, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus!
• Outgoing and easy to speak!
