ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

You will be working closely with both Consolidation and FP&A group. Your role will operate in the context of a new EPM implementation. You are the functional expert working as an interface between IT and Finance, ensuring system adequation with FPA and consolidation’s needs. You are supporting them to automate processes and reporting. Your role includes the management of the financial data quality as well.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• New projects implementation which are either related to financial systems or process improvement. Most projects aim to automate processes or financial reporting.
• Ensure systems availability, developing new reporting, maintaining master data, Maintaining user’s access
• Managing and communicating changes broadly to the FPA and Consolidation teams.
• Stay informed with trends and data on the technology market, you are passionate about new technologies (AI, ML…) and bring forward new solutions.
• Controlling and improving continuously financial data quality. You are responsible to implement process and governance.
• You have a strong acumen for financials and are able to pick up a functional requirement and transform it into a design document and work with IT to deliver a solution to the business

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Project management including EPM System implementation at large scale; ideally Onestream
• Financial Systems savvy  with knowledge in Hyperion, PowerBI, Oracle
• University education in statistics, data, computer sciences, or equivalent analysis and/or reporting experience
• Proven experience in process improvement and data quality management
• Ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to systems or processes
• Ability to effectively manage interpersonal communication needs
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary
