Boeing (BGS) is currently looking for an Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist (Level 1) to join their Repair Management Services team in Dallas, TX. This position is on-site.

Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders. Processes material returned from customers. Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance. Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims.

Position Responsibilities

Duties will include (but are not limited to):


  • Shipping and Receiving functions
  • Part Evaluation
  • Part Sourcing
  • Material handling including Hazmat awareness
  • Standup/sit down Forklift operation
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office tools/internet browser


The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.


  • 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):


  • SAP knowledge
  • Ability to adapt and learn new things

  • Proactively finds and completes work
  • Works well in a team environment


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):


  • 3+ years aviation and repair experience
  • 3+ years’ experience working with customers


Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $ 56,950 - $77,050
