Duties Include:
- Perform market research through company channels and your own devices to further grow Volare Aviation's database of clients
- Draft, revise, and deliver on email marketing campaigns tailored to the specific silo of the business you are addressing
- Follow up on responses to your campaigns in hopes of setting an appointment for either an in office visit or zoom call with the sales or commercial team
- Prepare appropriate documents for the set appointments which could range from aircraft specs to aircraft management proposals
- Attend set appointments and taking meeting notes as well as circulate minutes post meeting and action any required steps internally
- Support the sales and marketing team with events and summer roadshow
- Any other duties commensurate with the role
