PURPOSE

As a Junior Social Relations Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting the management of social relations, mainly collective. You will actively participate in the implementation of the company's social policy and contribute to promoting constructive social dialogue in collaboration with the France HR Manager.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Monitoring of Staff Representation Bodies / Collective Agreements:

 

  • Organization of CSE meetings: development of the agenda, preparation of information or information/consultation materials, drafting of responses to complaints and drafting of minutes.
  • Preparation of negotiation meetings: convening, work on the different negotiation themes by carrying out benchmarks, drafting statements of decisions, drafting agreements/amendments.
  • Provision of legal advice to various human resources sectors, participation in working groups linked to HR projects.
  • Ensure monitoring of CSE reports and related commissions.
  • Coordinate and harmonize information/consultations from all CSEs.
  • Organize the renewal of CSEs.

Operational HR:

  • Ensure that HR operational services are adopted by employees, managers and executives and support the identification of new opportunities to centralize HR operations.
  • Actively support the adoption and success of the HR operations model by strengthening its use by leaders, managers and employees.
  • Continuously evaluate work processes to identify opportunities to gain efficiencies by moving work to the central HR operations model.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EXPERIENCE
  • 1 or 2 years in a similar role
  • Experience working in a complex, international/multicultural and fast-paced environment a plus
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • In-depth knowledge of legislation relating to Social Relations and labor law
  • Knowledge and ability to communicate clearly
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Have a good understanding of data protection
  • understand equal opportunities and ethics practices
  • Ability to take initiative within a defined general framework and work within limited guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus
  • Experience in facilitating change
  • Negotiation skills
  • Financial knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suit

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Master's degree in Social Law, Law and Practice of Labor Relations or equivalent
