Summary Of The Activities
Operating Model and Framework
Design and implement adhoc processes / templates to support the delivery lifecycle (e.g RFP template, project charter template, dependency management framework,…)
Cross Value Stream Management
Contribute to the overall cross value stream coordination: dependency management, cross risks,…
Prepare the cross value stream management meeting on a monthly basis (Portfolio Sync)
Project Management
Contribute to the project management of critical Digitalization and Automation initiatives
Deliver transformation initiatives/Digitalization roadmap, ensuring that D&A solutions provided generate expected business value in alignment with Function Units strategic directions and D&A vision.
