ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:  

As an Associate Business Manager in the network team, you will work alongside the rest of the network team members to track operating plans, follow up on budgets against targets, drive reporting and manage the team’s documentation. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside team-members from diverse backgrounds and spanning the globe.

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

Some tasks will include - but not limited to:

  • Operating Plan and performance tracking: Collaborate with the team members to track performance and operating plan progress
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate business performance.
  • Budget tracking: Coordinate the budget preparation activities for the team and keep track of expenses against the budget.  
  • Data repository management: Organize and manage the document repositories of the team

 

 

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience, in business operations or administration and/or corporate line functions.   
  •  Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in a business or technical discipline. 
  •  Ability to adapt to a diverse and global environment and work with a dispersed team.
  • Ability to plan and monitor internal projects to ensure team delivers on time.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, organized and structured.
