BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Graduate Programme you will be required to attend your site approximately 4-5 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager.

What You Will Be Doing

Join our Human Resources Team to make a difference by undertaking HR related tasks. It will be your responsibility to work with the team on various different activities such as resourcing and recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition and employee relations. We will work with you to become capable of progression throughout the graduate programme, tailoring learning towards your skill set and interests along the way.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the business to ensure all people related processes and systems operate effectively and efficiently.
• You will be responsible for the delivery of the HR service into the business either as part of a specialist team or in a business partnering role.
• You will work across a range of stakeholders, and be accountable for delivering a range of business requirements and demands through the HR team.
  
  

Skills

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject.
