Missiles and Fire Control’s (MFC) SEMAC organization has an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional dedicated to the acquisition of test equipment hardware for multiple MFC programs and locations. The position will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on electrical, electronic and electromechanical components and hardware.
Duties Include
Preparation of bid packages.
Analyzes and evaluates proposals.
Selects or recommends subcontractors.
Performs price analysis and negotiations.
Performs PO documentation and placement.
Performs invoice reconciliation and payment.
Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
Works with program and other areas of the business including risk management, resolution of contract issues and development of second sources.
Manages commodities with moderate complexity and high volume of purchase requisitions.
