What You Will Be Doing

As the Flight Operations Dispatcher you will be responsible for a multitude of tasks as assigned by Flight Operations Management and the Lead Dispatcher, supporting worldwide aircraft flight operations from Fort Worth, TX.

• Responsible for the tracking of aircrew qualifications/currencies/training, maintaining training records for all flight crew, completing monthly reports for distribution, scheduling appointments for flight crew as needed (physicals, altitude chamber, etc.), providing support for visiting dignitaries and their aircraft/aircrews, monitoring and supporting execution of the daily flight schedule to include pre-flight planning, weather briefing, scheduling airspace, real-time monitoring of weather and aircraft during flight operations, and post-flight support, participating in audits on processes and record keeping, and understanding the associated regulations, instructions, and policies.
• Assist the Lead Dispatcher in completion of required aircrew documentation as assigned and is expected to be able to execute emergency procedures in the case of aircraft mishaps and while conducting mishap drills.
• Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship across internal and external organizations to include DCMA, FAA, LM Aero programs, and the Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth.
• Must be willing to work some non-traditional schedules and occasional weekends.
