Project Manager – easyJet holidays

The easyJet holidays Strategy & Programmes team is at the heart of our rapid growth and value creation plan. Supporting the Holidays Management Board in answering the big strategic questions and determining where the company can best seize recovery opportunities, creating competitive advantage and driving shareholder value.

We are now recruiting for a Project Manager who will provide project management leadership across the holidays change portfolio and ensure we deliver great results whilst also ensuring the right levels of governance are in place.

In this role you will build and maintain a detailed understanding of all aspects of the easyJet holidays business, including our processes, systems and ways of working, and an understanding of our strategy, our business planning cycle and what it all means for the business. You’ll work in collaboration with Strategy and Value Realisation teams – communicating in an open and timely manner on the status of projects, understanding the impact of any delays or proposed changes, and ensuring there is an effective quality assurance framework across your portfolio.

You’ll Ensure Appropriate Level Of Governance Is Applied To Assigned Projects And Act As Delivery Lead For All Project Work Delivered Outside Of The Digital Factory. This Includes

> Planning work that needs to be done, when and who’s going to do it

> Managing project risks, issues and dependencies

> Owning delivery reporting tools and ensuring information is always up to date

> Ensuring impacts on business processes are considered throughout the change lifecycle and that business areas retain full ownership of respective processes

What You’ll Bring To The Team

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an experienced Project Manager with a track record in delivering change across small to medium size projects in a commercial organisation.

You’ll also need to have excellent communication and facilitation skills to help challenge conventional thinking, and experience of matrix managing across delivery teams comprising of both internal and external stakeholders

Finally, we’d love it if you have Travel or an equivalent industry experience (but that’s not an essential requirement for success).

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with three in-office days per week.
