Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for HR Professionals located in Niles, OH. As an HR Professional at Howmet Aerospace, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will work closely with employees at all levels of the organization to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Extensive experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in the Manufacturing industries is a plus
