The Enterprise Services & Sustainability Finance Team is seeking a Mid level Financial Analyst to support the Supply Chain Operations organization based out of Charleston SC, Everett WA or Renton WA
Position Responsibilities
- Develop the annual budget (Long Range Business Plan), generate forecast updates, and manage/strategize on financial opportunities, risks, and issues.
- Perform variance analysis and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to leadership.
- Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business cases.
- Lead the financial analysis for business efforts across organizations – including cross functional and business unit coordination, financial impact development and tracking, and performing analysis using both financial and operational benchmark data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years general work experience in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, developing Long Range Business Plans, and managing Opportunities & Risks
- Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
- Experience developing presentations and presenting financial information to various levels of management.
- Experience with BI/analysis tools such as Tableau and COGNOS
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse functions and business units
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in fast-pace, dynamic environment
- Desire to learn and understand the business and functions
- Experience translating strategy into action
