Project Time & Attendance Implementator

Job Summary

The position plans, runs and delivers projects designed to improve the HR function in the organization. Other than that, we are looking for someone that have a large experience on Time & Attendance HCM software implementation and deep understanding of the Mexican labour legislation.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent the local Time & Attendance teams needs and manages the associated working with third parties to ensure system design and delivery meets expectations.
• Feeds into the HR Process Lead.
• Knowledge of the past/current with a view/open on how things can change in the future.
• Feeds into test script creation and be involved in testing.
• Experience in local Time & Attendance.
• Coordination of local Time & Attendance Leads / SMEs.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, Payroll & Time & Attendance.
• Document implementation process for future reference and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or similar education in HR
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Time & Attendance.
• Dayforce HCM experience is a plus.
• Expert computer literacy, including project management software;
• Proven Team leadership ability;
• Ability to work with highly skilled professionals
• Above average planning, communication, problem solving and facilitation skills
• Strong positive, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and straight commitment with financial and budget targets.
• Native spanish speaker and fluent english as the corporate language. Portuguese is a plus.
