Lockheed Martin RMS is looking for a Regulatory Doc Analyst to join the Configuration and Data Management (CDM) team supporting Ground Support Equipment and Sustainment Solutions (GSESS) for the F-35 program.

This position will support the GSESS team who resides in Fort Worth, Texas and Orlando, Florida. While this is a virtual/work from home position, there may be an occasional need to come to the Fort Worth or Orlando facility.

The successful candidate will serve as a key player in the administrative and supporting roles within the Data Management organization. This employee must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes to ensure critical contractual information is processed properly. This individual will also be a primary point of contact for processing and storage of all contractual data correspondence in the appropriate repositories so that it can be retrieved as needed. Timely and accurate entry of contractual documentation into the Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM) tool to meet deadlines is a critical role for this position. This employee will process SDRLs (Subcontract Data Requirement List), populate the CDM databases, provide metrics for Program Integration Team (PIT) meetings, and support the release of files to our internal and external customers. Successful candidate will have a willingness support the proposal effort for our CDM team; and to be cross trained to support some Configuration Management efforts. This position primarily supports the F-35 program. However, the team supports similar minor efforts on the F-16 program.
