Summary Of The Role

Manage the commercial relationship of existing and potential customers within an assigned territory or a group of accounts, in cooperation with the areas like Pre-Sales, Customer Success Management and other teams along Amadeus to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and profitability. Identify new business opportunities based on Amadeus values and Amadeus commercial policies to contribute to sustaining and growing Amadeus market share and revenues getting long-term success with the customers.

In This Role You’ll

Retain and grow existing market shares and revenues:

  • Adopt a consultative approach
  • Identify specific requirements and expectations for existing clients
  • Follow-up with Customer Experience and ensure that customer satisfaction is increased
  • Identify new opportunities and propose solutions to improve customer profitability/efficiency.
  • Develop customized account and account development plans (ADP) for each client and update CRM with all opportunities related to customers
  • Develop Amadeus share of wallet for customers in the portfolio to increase Amadeus market share

Manage All Commercial Matters Related To Accounts

  • Execute & process the operational requests received from customer
  • Ensure that customers use Amadeus technology in the best way & that established performance, productivity & service metrics are achieved
  • Cascade the information of new product & solution releases to customers in a timely manner
  • Anticipate information and new market regulation/trends/issues for the customer.
  • Work with IT Sales/ITAM or Customer Solutions to retain and grow IT portfolio
  • Organize regular business reviews for follow-up purposes and deep-dive sessions on specific items
  • Work closely with Commercial Operations to get business cases approved for renewal and development of market share

About The Ideal Candidate

Relevant Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology or travel industry with 2 years in a customer fronting role (such as project management, sales, customer success or business development) with management responsibility for multi-million dollar revenues.

Education

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Tourism, Engineering or equivalent IT related work experience
