Learning Delivery (Trainer,) Cytric Learning Services Center (English speaker)

Summary Of The Role

An exciting and challenging trainer opportunity is now open in learning delivery.

You’ll join a talented, dynamic and multi-tasked team within the Cytric Solutions Unit, interacting within and across departments Globally. You’ll see your own effort bringing customer value directly.

The Cytric Learning Services Center is accountable for the design, development, delivery and evolution of learning services to Cytric Solutions stakeholders. The successful applicant will be responsible for consultation and delivery of Cytric related learning courses and content.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver training

As a trainer in our team, you will contribute to the overall success of Cytric by delivering training to internal and external stakeholders using different training methods.

Teamwork

You will work closely with other team members and contribute to evolving the training content and methods used in both a virtual and face-to-face environment.

Using your positive mindset, you will maintain a good relationship and awareness across departments.

Delivery methods – Digital and face-to-face

Primarily virtual and at times in a face-to-face (classroom) environment, including live interactions

Environment & Skills

  • Deliver training from where you are based, but available to travel when requested
  • Able to effectively transfer business functional/technical skills and knowledge for learning
  • Constantly upskill your knowledge on products, tools and methods to train,
  • Deliver training in an interactive, engaging and easy to learn methodology.
  • We will support your formal learning delivery training, upskilling on product, industry and tools.

Learning Content Updates And Course Management Responsibility

Contribute to evolving learning services by creating or maintaining content

Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in English (writing & speaking.) Spanish, French or Japanese, is a plus.
  • Education: Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Learning, Business, Product Management, Marketing, Project Management or related field.
    • Experience preferred: 3+ years in a customer facing and/or Learning or presentations role (e.g. Training Delivery, Instructional Design and/or development, Implementation, Support/Service, Product Management, Sales, Customer Solutions.)
    • Good understanding of online booking/expense tool or Cytric is preferred
    • Skills in Camtasia, Storyline, Virtual training tools (Teams) is an advantage
Job Description

Common accountabilities:

  • Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.
  • Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.
  • Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.

Specific Accountabilities

Set instructional objectives and design training sessions and courses.

Select, sequence and structure the training sessions to achieve training objectives.

Deliver training courses to Cytric customers, Amadeus Commercial

Organisation and Amadeus personnel, and, with increasing seniority, conduct specialised courses.

Manage pre and post course management activities.

Create and update all Training documentation.

Maintain internal and external relationships with departments responsible for defining Amadeus products and customers in order to maintain and up-date the existing instructional resources.

Use the established evaluation process to ensure the continuing relevance of training to business needs.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in providing consultancy to PM/PD for selected existing / new training sessions.
