Get your hard hat ready. We’re not just renovating the travel experience – we’re renovating our physical spaces too. And our Corporate Real Estate team is on the front lines of procuring, designing and developing spaces at all our hubs, stations and city locations across the world. From airport affairs and business services to planning and development, this team is responsible for all our leases and major construction and renovation projects, system wide.

Key Responsibilities

The Analyst- Business Services role will support the CRE Business Services team in the management of project portfolios, labor resources and analysis associated with airport budget and lease negotiations. This work includes assisting in financial forecasting of facilities projects, departmental operating expense, project resource management and support analysis for airport lease negotiations and space requests.

  • Executive Presentation Skills: Support broader Corporate Real Estate team in developing highly visible leadership and town hall presentations
  • Resource & Process Management: Support resource planning process by collaborating with team and working to identify areas of opportunity for leadership
  • Assist in analysis and contribute ideas to evolve method of portfolio management
  • Financial Forecasting & Resource Planning: Support capital project, operating expense forecast projections and resource plans
  • Utilize data from peer groups to build models and identify opportunities to improve capital and operating expense forecast and assist with long term plan development
  • Ad hoc analysis: Support analysis of prospective airport and property lease negotiations
  • Contribute in development of models in cost analysis, capital project budget analysis and space optimization, etc

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance/ Engineering/ Construction Management
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Financial modeling, Executive Presentation Skills, Project Management, Construction Project Controls, Financial Analysis, Airline and Airport Operations
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • At least 1 year in aviation related finance, accounting, revenue management, strategy planning function
  • Excel modelling, comfort with executive level presentations
