Regulatory Compliance Executive

As part of the Constant Climate Quality Assurance team, you will help to provide our 
customers and ultimately patients with a right first-time approach to shipping healthcare 
products on the IAG Cargo Constant Climate approved network.

What you’ll do:

  • To follow-up on the closure and completion of any audit observations for audits held in 
    LHR and the Constant Climate Network stations, including customer-led audits, regulatory 
    audits or internal self-audits.
  • To alert the Global QA Manager to potential problems in Regulatory Compliance and 
    licensing such that resolution is achieved in a timely manner.
  • To file, update and maintain any customer or supplier Quality Technical Agreements.
  • Take primary responsibility for the timely closure of all CAPA investigations and preventive 
    measures and confirm that any deviations or non-conformance with procedure or GMDP 
    have been investigated, documented and resolved in accordance with the Global QA 
    Manager’s instructions.
  • To ensure that the required standards of cGMDP documentation practices, archiving and 
    good housekeeping are maintained in the performance of your duties.
  • To prepare and distribute standard operating procedures or policies as directed.

What you will bring to IAG Cargo:

  • Strong and proactive team player.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proven communicator with excellent verbal, written, influencing and numerate skills.
  • IT literate – good working level understanding of PC based applications and of the computer systems used within IAG 
    Cargo and Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a quality/operations cargo environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems and documentation control.
  • Self-organised, motivated, demonstrate attention to detail and work autonomously.
  • Possession of planning, problem-solving and excellent quantitative, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to commit and deliver objectives on time.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage complex issues to help create clarity and direction.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, especially within a fast[1]moving, changeable environment 
  • Professional integrity.

Your experience:

  • Proven experience in a quality-related role and/or operations within the cargo and/or life sciences industry
  •  Customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
