The Trainer Sr - Costumer Service Carry out the transmission of knowledge, skills and attitudes related to customer service to direct or indirect Viva Aerobus personnel with the aim of improving the passenger experience, in line with the company's values.


Key responsibilities:


1. Provide training for front line personnel at the national level

2. Provide support in monitoring the work of the Call Center agent to improve customer service.

3. Teach and develop training courses with flight attendants to improve the customer experience

4. Development of training materials related to customer service with the aim of improving passenger service

5. Update training materials related to customer service and its impact on passenger service areas 6. Is directly involved in the treatment of passengers in airports, sales or any other area where vivaaerobus passengers are found.


Ideal experience / qualifications:


3+ years of experience Teaching courses to traffic personnel, flight attendants, call centers and baggage personnel, Development of training materials, Execution of service audits
