CAG Airside Operations is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient 24/7 operations in the aircraft manoeuvring and apron areas of the Changi aerodrome, including its runways, taxiways and parking stands. To drive on-time performance, enhance operational outcomes, optimise resource utilisation and unlock capacity constraints in airside, we are looking for individuals with a passion for leveraging data to transform and deliver the next quantum leap in automation, digitalisation, and ops planning/policy formulation.
You will be working very closely with the CAG Airside Professional Shift Team (APST) who is responsible for executing operational plans that enable aircraft to land, turnaround and depart from Changi round-the-clock. You will partner the key leads in cultivating a data-driven culture and developing a knowledge-based APST; and equip the shift officers with greater predictive capabilities in managing real-time operations and disruption, as well as achieve superior integrated precision control.
You are also expected to demonstrate composure and tenacity in navigating complexities across stakeholder management. Through data-sharing and data visualisation, you will seek to weigh and balance competing priorities and collaborate with various airport partners in driving a sharp focus on efficacy & safety.

Requirements
Good degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in data analytics
Enjoy problem-solving, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Data visualisation & Business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, MS office Excel and Powerpoint)
Good writing and story-telling skills
Experience in airside/ airport operations and familiarity with the airfield will be advantageous but not necessary
