Crew Roster Analyst to join our
Crew Planning and Development Department.
Reporting to the
Ops Resource Analytics Manager, our
Crew Roster Analyst will be responsible for producing both weekly and monthly reports to allow for accurate and timely decisions to be made in relation to productivity, costs and efficiency savings.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for the design and development of databases to hold statistical information relating to Crew rosters, and updating databases through the extraction of information from the Company’s systems for both the planned and worked rosters.
- Production of both weekly and monthly reports (including information summaries) relating to Crew Discretion; Roster Stability; Workload; Overtime; Absence; Delayed Reports and other key metrics as detailed in the “Metrics & Calculations” document.
- Identification of monthly, annual and seasonal trends associated with, Crew Discretion; Roster Stability; Workload; Overtime; Absence; Delayed Reports and other key metrics as detailed in the “Metrics & Calculations” document.
- Production of seasonal reports, interpreting and analysing data from the previous season using the statistical information to allow for the continuous improvement of Crew rosters.
What you’ll have:
- Educated to A Level standard as a minimum.
- Good written and spoken communication and presentation skills, with excellent time management and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Logical and methodical approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail and advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience of working with large data sets, ability to produce statistical reports, experience of working in a planning/rostering environment and SQL and Python experience are all desirable but not essential.
