To assist Executive and Officer in all Operations task
Essential Position Functions
To conduct regular inspection of the airfield and apron facilities with regards to safety and security
To initiate regular Runway Friction test
To initiate procedure restriction or closure of runways, Taxiways and apron if circumstances necessitate it
To monitor of wildlife hazard.
Initiate standard procedures for emergencies and participate in regular training
Investigate and report on any accident/incident or oil spillage and take action to ensure the safety of operation at all times.
To provide safety and security cover to special VVIP (High Risk Personnel)
Maintain and monitor to ensure no obstruction protrudes out from the Obstacle Clearance Zone
Key Challenges
To monitor all activities and facilities in the airside area.
Skills
Able to work in minimum supervision
Fast learner.
Good in writing & communication ( English & Malay)
Possess driving licence (D) and able to handle manual transmission vehicle.
Relevant Industries
Internal
STPM with 5 years relevant working experience
SPM with 7 years relevant working experience
Command with both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C
The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion
External
Command with both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Unique Requirement
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Possess driving license (D) and able to handle manual transmission vehicle.
Education
Internal
Diploma in Operations Management / Aviation Management or
SPM or equivalent with:
Bahasa Malaysia – Credit
Bahasa English – Pass
Mathematic – Pass
External
Diploma in Operations Management / Aviation Management
