Position Summary
The Manager, Marketing Operations is a key cross-functional partner, responsible for managing the end-to-end project management of cross-functional campaigns, partnering with creative, channel owners, promotions, brand, product, and other cross-functional teams.
Essential Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage cross-functional campaigns/projects from beginning to end including brief and intake processes, submissions, kickoff and stakeholder meetings, and timelines across internal teams to ensure campaigns/projects launch on time. Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of campaigns. Create and manage project communication plans to stakeholders teams and leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage collaboration across teams including marketing channel owners, brand, advertising, and product to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategies and projects.
- Process Optimization: Develop and optimize marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across teams for directly owned projects as well as other workflows within marketing.
- Budget Management: Manage monthly Marcomm budget with finance and accounting teams to track expenses and ensure adherence to monthly budgets.
- Marketing Calendar: Develop, optimize, manage and report out on the overall 6-12 month rolling marketing calendar by collecting inputs across all areas of Brand and Marketing Communications.
- Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement.

Minimum Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with the combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
- Five (5) years of marketing, brand, or advertising experience managing large campaigns and projects
- Proven track record of managing large cross functional teams through successful marketing campaigns
- Experience working with internal and external creative and cross-functional marketing teams
- Project management experience within marketing teams for large-scale campaigns
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of how to manage a budget
- Strong team player with ability to influence peers across the organization
- Ability to manage advertising agency and other business partners
- Ability to represent the JetBlue brand with senior business partners
- Available for overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Preferred Experience And Qualifications
- Five (5) years’ marketing/advertising experience
- Knowledge of travel industry and competitive landscape
- Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects
- Previous leadership experience

- Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls

Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is between $81,000.00 and $136,200.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more
