Babcock is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People & Safety team based in Devonport, Auckland.
About the role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the People Strategy for Babcock Australasia, directly influencing the success of the Business Unit/Division you support. Your expertise in HR will be pivotal in ensuring that HR plans, projects, and activities are effectively implemented, aligning with our broader business goals. Working closely with the Head of HR and the HR Delivery Team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-impact HR solutions that drive business performance and foster a positive workplace culture.

You excel in managing change and navigating complex organizational structures, with a keen understanding of industrial relations and employee management. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills enable you to build strong partnerships, while your analytical mindset ensures you make data-driven decisions that benefit both employees and the business.
