📢We are looking for our next Occupational Health & Safety Analyst in Miami, who will be responsible for participating and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and risk prevention programs among employees.
✍️What would be your main challenges?
- Maintain and communicate Occupational Safety programs among employees.
- Schedule on-site inspections aimed at identifying and preventing risks.
- Maintain and review the updated risk matrix with all recognized (identified) risks and their respective mitigations.
- Advise leaders on workplace safety issues, in accordance with US Federal Code 29 CFR 1910 - OSHA
- Lead and participate in all activities related to the investigation of incidents and accidents.

👍What do you need to be our next Occupational Health & Safety Analyst?
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in activities related to Workplace Safety. Work experience in the air cargo transportation industry or cargo warehousing is a plus.
- Knowledge of OSHA legislation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Availability to work occasionally on weekends and holidays.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
