Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Position Overview
Boeing International Corporation is looking for a HR Business Partner to support the dynamic business landscape of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). As a pivotal member of our Regional HR team, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our HR practices to ensure alignment with both organizational objectives and the ever-evolving landscape of UAE labor laws. Position Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to the business providing guidance, insights and solutions for matters across the HR agenda.
- Develop and deploy HR programs and processes, in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices and local labor laws.
- Develop regional strategies centered around our HR pillars such as talent management and employee connectivity and drive related initiatives.
- Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, Talent Development, Talent Mobilization, Benefits, Diversity & Inclusiveness and HR Services to support the business on key processes and initiatives throughout the year.
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity & inclusion where employee experience is the cornerstone of HR service delivery.
- Ability to design initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce and aid career development.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and contribute to the continuous simplification and improvement of HR processes and development of regional HR initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills/Experience
- At least 5 years proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- At least 3 years proven experience of working in the Middle-East Region.
- In-depth demonstrable knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to develop end-to-end HR strategies and drive implementation.
- Experience in Talent Management and Development.
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer orientated and agile.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Desired Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
